We will meet infront of your hotel afterr your breakfast and we will drive to you the unknownw and the less touristic places of the Cappadocia and this tour will take all your day besides that you we visit the nontouristic places of the Cappadocia with your post graduate Archaeologist tourist guides.

Pick up time is between 09:00 and 09:30.

Mustafapaşa Village

This tour will be very unpredictable, because there will be huge time difference between the locations.

The tour starts in Mustafapaşa Village former name is called Sobesos where the sun is rised. At the same time this is an old Greek village which is famous for its beautiful architecture.

The place of the warrens of grottos are hidden behind statuesque neo-clasical houses.

It’s former name during the Ottoman Empire was Sinassos (“city of the sun”), and it was one of the largest Greek settlements in Cappadocia until the beginning of the 20th century.

In this region the town is known for the ornate carved stonework of its houses. They had build all kind of necessity area to continue their life.

Keşlik Monastery

After the City of Sun we will visit the Keşlik Monastery, which is consist of 3 churches, vinery refectory, dining room, firing places, baptisery, sleeping and living quarters that they were carved out of the rocks.

If you eould like to see Iconaclastic periods of the Cappadocia probably you will see the most rare one with it’s unique frescoes with the local agricultural products. Which is date Byzantine Era the King of III. Leo.

Taşkınpaşa Medrese

Then we will drive to Taşkınpaşa, a typical Cappadocian Islamıc School. The place that we will   visit Taşkınpaşa Medrese (theological school) and an antiquated mosque, both built in a classical Seljuk style. Here you could meet indigens and you will have a chance to drink Turkish tea with them.

Theological school was built was built by the Karamanids, in 14th century dynasty Selijuk Impire in Konya, that dominated this part of Anatolia for almost 250 years.

Well this is the lunch time. We will eat local foods inside of the local village cave house.

Sobessos Ancient City

After lunch we will visit the first ancient Roman city of the Cappadocia. The name is Sobessos Ancient City.

It is originally a Roman settlement from the 4th century AD.  The most well preserved bathroom and continuing archaeological excavation of the Cappadocia.

We will visit the excavation site where you will be able to see, among other typical Roman buildings, meeting hall, the main attraction of which is the beautiful mosaic flooring.

Imagine that you will visit a Roman town which is established in Central Anatolia. There are more than hundres Hellenistic and Roman Ancient city on the south of Turkey yet this will be unforgettable.  If you could come to Cppadocia during the excavation time most probably you will be an Archaeologist of this region.

Soğanlı Valley

We will proceed to Soğanlı Valley, a deep valley with interesting hiking trails.

Soğanlı is the biggest monastic place of the Cappadocia. Hereby it has many cave churches, living rooms, dinigs rooms, monasteries which are dated 9 th and 13 th century.

Worldwide known dolls the nme is “Soğanlı Dolls” that have become the symbol of the village. The old and young ladies from the village they will try to find you and sell the most beautifull dolls to you very cheep prices. After meeting local peole we will walk the most untouchable nature of Soganlı Valley.

Kaymaklı Underground City

The last destination will be the Kaymaklı Underground City, where we will visit the second biggest underground city of the Cappodocia. The capacity was approximately 4,000 people. It is unbelivable rock carved place of this region. Almost 20 metres deep and contains unusial rooms founded in an underground (kitchens, storehouses, living quarters, wine cellars, church, etc.).

Most probably time will be 18:00 or 18:30  for the end of the tour.
